Jello Chocolate Pudding Pie With Graham Cracker Crust. Pour in two cups of milk, and whisk until combined, then turn on the heat. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream with chocolate pudding and mix with a hand mixer until thickened (mixture will be very thick).
Pour pudding mix into a large sauce pan, and slowly add the milk while whisking. As the mixture thickens and steams, slowly add the rest of the milk. Whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt in a medium saucepan.
In a separate heatproof bowl combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Using the bottom of the measuring cup, press the crumbs evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
