Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Instructions Combine sugars and flour into a large mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate pieces and pecans.
Grease a baking tray or line it with a parchment paper. Add water, oil, and vanilla and mix. Spread the flour on a rimmed baking sheet.

Add flour, baking soda and salt to a separate bowl and stir with a wooden spoon.
Add chocolate chips and stir in, on low speed, just until combined. Scoop the dough into balls, flash freeze on a baking sheet, and then store in an airtight container for up to three months in your freezer. Combine the dough ingredients (not the chocolate chips) in the food processor and process until the dough comes together in a ball.
